Opening hours: 9:30-16:00

Andersen Park is named after the fact that Funabashi City is a sister city of Odense, Denmark, the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, the world-famous fairy tale writer known for "The Little Mermaid," "The Ugly Duckling," and "The Little Match Girl."
The symbolic windmill is a 16.4m-tall flour mill windmill assembled by Danish craftsmen, modeled after a windmill still in existence in Odense, Denmark. By adding the windmill to a background of flowers, you can take a photo that resembles a Danish rural landscape.
